What is the shipping cost and policy?

Standard Economy Shipping ($6.99 Flat Rate)

For orders below the free shipping threshold:

  • $5.99 Economy shipping applies to orders up to $65.00.

Your retail order typically ships within 2 business days. Allow 5-10 days for standard shipping. Standard shipping is via UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to ship.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed by 12 PM (CST) Monday – Friday will ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) Monday – Thursday will ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.

  • Rush orders placed on weekends, or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns, damaged items, and order mix-ups:


Any damage or order discrepancy claims should be submitted to Happy Creek Candles within 2 days of receiving the order, via email, at happycreekcandles@gmail.com. Please reference order number, jar size, fragrance and quantity. It is also helpful to attach images of damage, and an image of the base label, if possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us using the email listed above for instructions regarding returns.
